Mr Arun Brahma
Location: Manchester

Running our Manchester clinic based in the Royal Manchester Eye Hospital, Arun Brahma MD FRCOphth specialises in the treatment of Keratoconus and has introduced several new techniques over the years to the region, including collagen cross linking, Kera-rings, INTACs and topographic guided laser. He has also pioneered numerous corneal transplant techniques in Manchester and is regularly referred patients from across the country and overseas.

Mr Matthew Edwards
Location: Sheffield

Following appointment as a consultant at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield in 2001, he has introduced many new techniques and treatments for Keratoconus including corneal endothelial and deep anterior lamellar corneal transplant and both corneal intra-stromal ring segments and collagen cross-linking.

Matthew accepts tertiary referrals from other laser companies where patients are concerned or dissatisfied with their care and will take over the management of these complex cases. His experience in the day-to-day management of corneal related disorders makes them the ideal choice for safe and effective refractive surgery.

Mr Rakesh Jayaswal
Location: Guildford & South Coast

Rakesh Jayaswal is a highly trained, full time consultant eye surgeon based at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth, specialising in cornea, complex cataract and refractive laser and lens surgery.

Appointed in 2009 to his consultant post, Rakesh has led the corneal service, introducing several new techniques, including corneal lamellar and endothelial transplants and latest innovative techniques for the treatment of Keratoconus. He has several papers in peer review journals and has presented in over 30 national and international meetings over the years.
